Privacy notice

What we collect

Your name, email and WhatsApp number, and what you tell us about your search: budget, timing, area, intended use and how you plan to pay. If you create an account, your password is stored scrambled so that no one, including us, can read it. We don't ask for sensitive data.

Why we use it

To answer your request, send you the listing and its verification report, and, with your permission, introduce you to the owner or agent of the property.

With your consent, we also use it to send you other verified properties that fit your search. You can say no at any time without affecting your request.

Who we share it with

Only with the owner or agent of the property you asked about, and only after you give us permission at that step. We don't sell your data.

Cookies and analytics

We store a cookie with your language choice and, if you sign in, a cookie that keeps your session open. If you accept measurement in the cookie banner, we also store a random visitor ID and record the pages, sections and tools you use here; if you then share your contact or create an account, we link that history to your request. If you choose only essential cookies, we keep only anonymous counts that don't identify you. You can change your choice by clearing this site's cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent on WhatsApp at +52 33 3243 1122. Tell us your name, what you are asking for and how to reach you. We reply within 20 business days.
